You do not take extra damage when you stop raging. You simply loose your ability to deal with the damage you’ve taken. Say at level 1 you had 14HP, after raging you have 16. Now say you take 15 damage while raging, then stop. You still have 15 damage, you just cant shrug it off any more. Kind of like an adrenaline rush.
